Bring along clothes you don’t love anymore, and for every item you bring, you’ll get a token to exchange for an item later that day at the clothes swap. Our attendees bring gems – which means everyone goes home with something they love.
About us
Our swaps were founded by Kiri, Katie, Nat and Jess in North Wales and are now touring the UK.
We have enough clothing on this planet to dress the next SIX generations. Let’s not add any more, let’s swap what we have!
We all have absolute gems we don’t wear anymore or have never worn. Bring them along to a swap, we’ll give you a token for each item and you can come back a few hours later and swap those tokens for someone else’s treasure. Everyone goes home with something they love. Our swaps have all the endorphins and dopamine of a shopping spree with none of the guilt of contributing towards fast fashion which also means you get a side serving of smugness!
Our events are inclusive of all genders and we welcome clothes in all shapes and sizes.

The fashion industry is the second-largest industrial polluter, accounting for about 10% of global pollution, ranking higher than emissions from air travel and maritime transport combined.
We are all looking for things we can to make a difference on a local level. This is one of them – swap don’t shop!
FAQs
Do I need a ticket?
Yes! It’s free but you do need to register in advance for our events.
What kind of clothes shall I bring?
People have donated everything from silk wedding dresses, to Barbour jackets, new with the labels on Dr Marten’s, to plenty more gems, ranging from unworn to vintage. Our attendees have excellent taste and we get a huge range of garments.
For everyone to get the most from our swaps, all we ask is that you bring clean clothes, without holes or any damage. We ask that you bring a maximum of five items.
Do you accept children’s clothes?
We don’t host swaps for children’s clothes – why not start your own swap?
Will there be something in my size?
We are delighted that wonderful people of all sizes come to our swaps, meaning we get a wonderful range of clothes.
Is it just for women?
Our events are inclusive of all genders and we welcome everyone.
Does it cost money to come?
We don’t charge for our events but we do support a different charity every event, so check the specific listing to see what you can bring with you.
